Welcome, Ashley Moore

With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, Ashley brings success and creative ideas to your project. 

  • Expertise in fundraising and philanthropy, grant writing and administration, event planning, corporate and community relations, project management, leadership training, marketing, career coaching and strategic planning. 

  • Worked with organizations ranging from small local businesses to large international companies and enjoys relationship building and partnering with clients to advance their mission and leave a lasting impact.

  • Received her Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College with a double major in Communications and Media Studies and Political Science, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Kentucky’s Martin School of Public Policy and Public Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Adult and Higher Education from Morehead State University.

Welcome, Trish Hatler

Trish Has Twenty Plus Years of Writing and Development Experience

 

  • Trish Hatler is a 20+ year veteran of the Lexington Philanthropy Community and current owner of encoreKY (former Little Bird Creative Strategies), founded in 2019 to offer writing and editing services, storytelling and organizational narrative composition, public and media relations tactics, communications and marketing plans, relationship development and retention training, and professional fundraising strategies. Her primary client base is non-profit organizations and private associations.​

  • In addition to her time as a successful fundraiser, Trish has a portfolio of statewide media contacts and relationships with change-makers that provide her with background and knowledge-based experiences that benefit clients immediately. She routinely crafts messaging and develops tools for Board Members, Partners, Donors, and other Stakeholders that clearly and consistently share organizational messages and stories, inviting the audience into the organization’s experience. She is well-versed in articulately addressing different audiences in a manner that they understand, distilling complex ideas and technical concepts in a way that is understandable and relatable while providing the information needed.
